North Korean leader’s description of his brother overheard and misinterpreted as order to kill.
It is thought that the killing of Kim Jong-il’s half-brother by two female agents using poisoned needles was the unfortunate result of a breakdown in communication amongst North Korea’s secret intelligence agency.
On being asked what his feelings were towards his estranged brother, Kim Jong-uk responded that in his eyes, Kim Jong-nam was ‘just a little prick’.
Immediately afterwards, head of the Great Leader’s secret agency was seen barking orders into his phone and within minutes, news had emerged that Kim Jong-nam had been killed with suspected poisoned needles at Kuala Lumpur airport.
Another brother Kim, has since fled the country after being told he was ‘dressed like a dog’s dinner’.
